The windbreak net
is also called the windshield wall, the windproof dust suppression net, or the dust-proof net. Agricultural windbreak net is based on the principle of aerodynamics to be processed into combined windshield walls of certain geometric shapes, opening ratio and different hole shapes according to the results of the implementation of the on-site environmental wind tunnel test. When the circulating air (strong wind) passes through the wall from the outside, an upper and lower disturbing airflow is formed inside the wall, so as to achieve the effect of strong wind on the outside, weak wind on the inside, small wind on the outside and no wind on the inside, and thus prevent the dust from flying
The design and construction of agricultural windbreak net are mainly divided into four parts.
1.The underground foundation of windbreak net: it is cast by prefabricated concrete blocks.
2.Support structure of windbreak net: engineering design parameters are designed according to wind speed. Supported by steel brackets, the brackets mainly provide sufficient strength for the windbreak net to resist the damage of strong winds, and the overall beauty is secondly considered. The main body of the bracket is made of steel pipe, and the reinforced concrete truss is used as a bracket for the windbreak net.
3.Windshield installation: service life of 15 to 20 years. Ambient temperature: -40 ℃ to +80 ℃. The connection is fixed with screws and pressure plate. The specific size, bending degree and opening ratio of the windbreak net should be designed according to the actual situation of the yard.
4.Earth retaining wall: in order to prevent the overflow of slurry water after rain and snow, the earth retaining wall of 1.2-1.5m can be set under the windbreak net.
